The Full Moon is in her place of power in Cancer. Our intuition and emotions are heightened, showing us where the foundations need to be strengthened inside the home and in the relationships within it. This Full Moon in Cancer is under an amplified energy from the lunar eclipse, connecting the energy to other cosmic events that have already taken place.
Most recently, the new moon eclipse we had in Capricorn on December 26th, activated the portal we are currently in, accelerating timelines and creating a huge download of intuitional knowledge of where we are going in the future. Not so recent events (1982, 2001, and 2010) are also closely related to this full moon in cancer, indicating where chapters are ending, books are closing, and release if finally being let go.
This full moon in cancer, is the first of 3 major astrological aspects taking place this weekend. Uranus stationing direct and ready to move forward in breaking free from past restrictions, is taking place later on today ( and into tomorrow depending on where you’re at in the world). Followed by the most historic astrological event we will experience in our time, the great Saturn and Pluto conjunct taking place on Sunday.

Although not a major event, Venus moves into fantasy driven Pisces on Monday, really giving us an opportunity to float away in our daydreams, providing a semi-escape to the heavier topics and themes being triggered under the influence of these other major events.
What is being highlighted for us as we move into this energy, is the balance between the roles and responsibilities in our home life versus our career life. The foundations of the structures in our lives, (systems, routines, careers, relationships) are all being spotlighted under the illumination of the moon, showing us where we need more boundaries, what we need to start nurturing, and certainly the ideas and emotions we’re being encouraged to let go of.
